Owned and operated by seven brothers from Greece, Dover Straits focuses on treating every guest like family. Having established ourselves as a premier seafood restaurant, the brothers opened their second location in Hoffman Estates in 1989. Both restaurants offer the finest & freshest selection of seafood, while providing guests with a comfortable & relaxed dining experience. THE NAME: If you were to tour Europe between England and France, you might have the opportunity to stand on the rocky cliffs of a body of water known as The Straits of Dover. This channel has the most ideal waters with just the right temperature for all types of fish, which is why we've proudly adopted the name to reflect our fine seafood.
