Our mission: to develop your self-sufficiency and independence to solve your own conflicts with our coaching, mentoring, and training in conflict resolution, negotiation, and facilitation. You will build skills and improve communication so you work creatively with the normal conflict that characterizes all human relationships. When disputes are complex and involve multiple parties, we provide intervention via mediation and facilitated problem-solving sessions. Short-term interventions such as mediation or facilitated problem solving keep conflict from going underground and developing into larger problems in the future. We provide diagnostic fact-finding, evaluation, and action plans when conflict has become entrenched and new strategies are required.
