My eclectic approach to therapy varies according to the needs of the client and emphasizes a collaboration of evidence-based treatment approaches including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Psychodynamic Therapy and Family Behavioral Therapy (FBT).
