Housed within an FDA registered facility and following ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14385:2003 protocols we provide superior service for the most discriminating & technical challenging customers. Our cutting-edge quick-change inserts utilized in our standardized mold bases for mold prototype tooling offers clients a substantially reduced capital burn rate. Our on-site tooling design experts can download your cad files (AutoCAD, Pro-E, Solid works, etc.) and convert into workable drawings for CAM applications. We also offer secondary operations such as sonic welding and medical assembly within a class 100 clean room.
