I specialize in home and commercial maintenance and repair especially of care homes. I do plumbing, electric, painting, plans for remodeling and landscape. I have remodeled garages making them into livable spaces with bed rooms, bathrooms and laundry rooms. I installed 36 in wide doors, fire alarms, hard wire exit signs, emergency lights and made the bathroom comply with ADA and City of Surprise codes (installed shower pan, cut out the cabinet-vanity to have wheel chair access.) I know the American Disabilities Act codes that are required to make spaces to ADA standards. I have worked closely with the city of Phoenix and Surprise to have the remodels I did to meet their codes.
