The purpose of the corporation is as follows: Eden's Gate Foundation is a non profit organization formed with the purpose of facilitating housing and social services to New York Cities homeless and distressed citizen population. The organization will be providing for the housing transitional and permanent housing for the less fortunate in housing units that were converted or rehabilitated to government standards for problem housing. It is the intention of Edens Gate Foundation to provide shelter and life skills to New York Cities homeless, there will be special emphasis directed toward single pregnant woman seeking apartments, single adults seeking rooms & families residing in the shelter. Edens Gate will provide like services to U.S Veterans and people with AIDS and HIV
