The philosophy of the Foundations Preschool is to encourage every aspect of a child's development; cognitively, intellectually, socially, emotionally, and physically.
Foundations preschool consists of a curriculum that is a combination of Piaget's cognitive theories and the Montessori method. We are a specialized preschool with a set curriculum; however, we recognize and appreciate the importance of social development. We incorporate prereading and premath activities in our everyday schedule, as well as geography, arts and crafts, and yoga and meditation in order to prepare the young students for Kindergarten.
