Here at Advanced flooring we specialize in all types of hardwood flooring, with over 17 years in the flooring industry. We are also the only flooring company in southern MA and in all of Rhode Iland to offer 99% Dust Free sanding. We Stared using portable dust control systems since 2002 when they first got introduced to the flooring industry, and they worked good for us but we still had to wear masks and hang plastic because they were not dust free machines, they only pick up about 40 to 50 % of the dust in a standard room, but in kitchens or rooms the have baseboard heat only picks up about 15 % of the dust because of the machines that are used to sand the kick toes under the cabinets and under the baseboard heating. the 110v portable vacuums are not strong enough trust me, and that's why we spent a lot of time researching to find a machine that would provide a clean healthy atmosphere for our employees and valued customers. So finally in early 2008 we purchase our first 27 hp truck mounted dust containment system and we are very pleased with it, and our customers stay in shock when they see how clean their homes are after we are done. If you choose us to resurface your floors you wont need to remove your paintings, curtains, or plasma tv's of your walls because there is absolutely no DUST, we don't even bring in dust bags because all of the dust goes directly to our dust containment system inside our truck.
