Advance Elevator Company was created with one thing in mind customer service. We have over 35 years of experience in the construction, repair, maintenance, and service of elevators. We strive for excellence in all of our jobs in order to achieve the ultimate goal of every client, your utmost satisfaction. We are a non union elevator company operating on Dade, Broward and Palm Beach County. As we all know in order to get the elevator certificate of operation, an annual inspection/test report have to be performed as prescribed on Chapter 399 of Florida Statutes. Sometimes violations are founds and they need to be corrected in order to make the elevator complied with safety codes.
