The main goal of Surveillance Security Inc. through our 16 years of service is to provide a higher caliber of officers. This is done to ensure that our customers are getting a more quality individual as well as better representation for their properties and sites. All officers will be a representation of our customers and Surveillance Security Inc.. Because of that we take the officers and individuals we hire, to be a serious endeavor.
The way this is accomplished is through better training, full knowledge of the expectations for their positions/shifts and better pay. Because we pay better than most companies, the result is, we hire and retain a much more quality officers for the job. We have only a 10-15% turnover rate (even in a good economy!).
