Dr. Hreiz has been a member of the Ebenezer family since 2008, and purchased EAH with April Splawn (Hospital Administrator) in 2013. Dr. Hreiz graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine in 2008 and received his BS in Animal Bioscience from Penn State University in 2004. Jay is originally from the northeast (New Jersey and Pennsylvania) and moved to the Carolinas in 2008. In his spare time Jay enjoys running, traveling around the world and US, judging rabbit shows, enjoying local theater, visiting Penn State!, and reading. He has been a licensed judge under the American Rabbit Breeders Association (ARBA) since 2002 and has had the opportunity to judge rabbits shows across the United States and world during this time.
