We do this by way of assignment of judgments filed with the court in which those judgments are won. Concentrating on the seizing of properties, garnishing of wages and bank levies, we aggressively enforce judgments on behalf of our clients. Our process as a whole consists of stages: assignment of judgment, locating the debtor, investigation of assets, enforcement of judgment and finally filing satisfaction of judgment with the appropriate court(s).
