We serve the Washington, DC metro area; which include Northern Virginia, DC, and Maryland. CMI drivers are well versed in many types of industries from routed delivery to dispatched services. We only hire professional drivers that have previous experience in the delivery business. Not only do we supply drivers on a permanent basis, but we also offer a program for temp-to-perm basis. This program will allows you to tryout a potential driver while they work for us as an independent contractor. This way you can save money on placing an ad to find a person, payroll administration, payroll taxes (FICA), unemployment insurance, health insurance, and benefits that go along with hiring a new employee. The main benefit though is the fact that you can essentially test drive or try out the person before you commit to hiring them, and you will not have to deal with any administrative paperwork. CMI will take care of all of the administrative paperwork. Another good reason to use CMI is if you are looking to hire seasonal drivers. We currently help other local companies by providing seasonal help with their fuel, oil, chlorine, and water deliveries. We will do all the necessary checks including; drug screening, background, insurance, CDL, DOT, HAZMAT, and driving records.
