In most cases, we will want to start working together several months in advance of bringing your business to the market. Together we will position your business in ways that will attract a higher intrinsic value while keeping to the strictest levels of confidentiality. The financials should be as current and as easily explainable as possible. We will need to be able to substantiate all one time occurrence's and discretionary items so that I can complete a business valuation and secure banking approvals prior to engaging with buyers. We will then create a competitive bidding environment by engaging with the most motivated buyers on your behalf. I will help with negotiations, deal structuring, and coordination with all the various adviser's through the completion of the deal and transition effort.
