The Montessori classroom has been prepared specifically for the children. Everything is at their level for reaching and for working with. The classroom is divided into several subject areas including: Language, Botany, Science, Zoology, Geography, Sensorial, Math, Art and a quiet corner that is for reading and flannel board story play. Each area is filled with a variety of work that will aid the children in mastering each of the subject areas. It is an environment for learning where children are free to choose their own work, free to work at their own pace.
