DTR is a unique Building Design Consultant hired by the Architect, Building Owner or Contractor to provide Technical direction during the design phase in areas such as waterproofing the building envelope, developing construction specifications to specify products or component performance and longevity, provide quality control peer review of the construction documents minimizing construction conflicts and prolonged construction schedule. DTR is also hired to manage the entire building program from the initial thoughts of a building program through the completed building(s) occupancy, assisting Owners with scheduling, budgeting issues, RFQ/RFP's for Engineers and Architects, Oversight and quality assurance and quality control of the design and construction process, guiding owners every step
