I have been baking since I was about 8 years old. When I was 16 I had my own cake decorating business. I did that for a couple years. Since then, which is many, many years, I have always loved cooking but baking is my love. I can make just about anything you can think of, I don't say i can make anything because I am sure there is something out there I have never made. :-) I take pride in each & every item I bake, or each piece of candy I make. My homemade candies are all decorated by hand. I have not yet mastered the hard candy though, I am practicing. I will post when I have that mastered.
