xeriscape oriented, award winning, nationally published, 30+ years san diego area experience. hundreds of properties designed throughout the united states and internationally, with an emphasis on sustainability and water-wise management. a primary goal is to promote the absolute minimum use of lawn and other landscape applications which entail the redundant use of excessive irrigation, chemicals, fertilizers, attendent machinery and appliances, and importantly; resignation of surplus greenery and waste to local landfills. use of artificial turf is also strongly discouraged. our basic design principles encourage the application of 'classic' and historical landscape architectural standards, which includes residential and commercial farming. thank you for your time and consideration!
