Hanson Building and Remodeling was formed by Dan Hanson in 2008. His intrigue into the craft of home building and remodeling began early with family tours of architectural homes. After interning with a company prior to his senior year in college, Dan passed on a management position offer, graduated from Luther College and set out to Colorado to explore his intrigue of building. He knew that he did not want to wake up in middle management in his 30's wondering if he should have pursued carpentry. He earned a position as a finish carpentry apprentice and was hooked. He moved to the Twin Cities after traveling in Canada and South America to begin remodeling.
