Noble Computer Diagnostics and Repair was founded for those who are on fixed or low incomes. We do, however, offer our services and products to the general public at much lower prices than big box stores and most small computer repair businesses. Income guidelines are required to receive percentage discounts and you must fill out a discount application in order to qualify. We use the information from the application only to place you and your family in a percentage discount category. We use the Federal Poverty Guidelines to determine qualifications for services and do not contact any credit bureaus for your credit information or scores. Once you are approved for a discount percentage, the approval is good for one year. We charge wholesale rates for any products purchased for your computer if you qualify for the percentage discount program. Discount percentages can increase if your income decreases, but will never decrease if your income increases for the remaining approved year. It is our honor to open our doors to you, our future customers.
