I am a CT licensed Massage Therapist and a Certified Feldenkrais Teacher. I have been in practice for 17 years. I offer relaxation, restorative and deep tissue massage. I also teach the Feldenkrais Method to groups and individuals. I was trained at the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy and graduated in 1993. I have been offering the Feldenkrais Method since 2001. I enjoy being a therapist as well as a teacher. I feel it is important that my clients be educated in how they use themselves in everyday situations so that they can prevent injury or pain.
