W. A .E. Corporation's mission is to provide the Cortland, Ohio-area with high-quality single- and multi-family home sites while maintaining environmental awareness. Owner/contractor agreements are offered at one's request, which allows the homeowners to not only pick out their own flooring, but to also come in, paint and do upgrades to the home themselves.
