President, Roch Belisle, began his career as a plumber by trade which eventually led into field supervision, progressing to estimating and project management and then to General Contractor, Owner, President and Chief Operating Officer of Rock Construction, Inc. This encompasses early-stage planning, designing, permitting, and construction. The insight Roch gained from his construction experience gives him the ability to not only meet clients' design requirements, but also ensures that a project's final design is practical, buildable, and within budget parameters.
