Problem Solving Over the years I have developed efficient problem solving skills and the knowledge of why things fail which far outweighs one's ability to simply rip out the old and replace it with new not knowing whether or not it will hold up over time. Corrective work that I have completed that was done by others over the years has been an eye opener of what not to do. My ability to identify construction defects are coupled with the knowledge of product use and design and how building components must work together to provide longevity as intended. The misuse of one product can cause complete failure. Customer Service: Firsthand knowledge learned at a very young age of how important customer service is has rewarded me the opportunity to work with many repeat customers. Word of mouth travels fast if workmanship and the eye for detail are of the highest quality, even faster if it is not. I will go out of my way to provide exceptional results knowing very well my reputation is on the line. What comes around goes around has been my motto for life. I take pride in not only the work provided but also in my customer relationships. I truly want to be your go to guy for life. Abilities: My ability to exceed ones expectations comes from my listening skills which provides me the opportunity to envision the goals of others without limitations.
