Her formal education:The Institute of Psycho-Structural Balancing, Guatama Institute of Shiatsu,& The Health Arts Institutes. Mary then went on to apprentice with Patrick Collard for ten years, to master in body language. In addition to bodywork, Mary is an accomplished Conscious Breathing Coach. Her studies have included Rebirthing, Grof, Pranic, Biofeedback, Transformational Breathing, and Tantric Breathing. Miss Ruttenberg began the study of cross-cultural healing arts high school were she learned meditation.
