Phoenix Home Performance has a goal, to make every home in Michigan as energy efficient as possible. We believe that greener homes are the next evolution in housing and through proper education, others will see the value that green homes offer. We are currently expanding, and planning to build our first certified Passive House. This passive house will use 90% less energy than a traditional code built home, while only increasing the price of the home by 10%. We also perform home energy audits and make improvements that can take existing structures and increase their efficiency.
