Our Mission is to bring fresh and delicious BBQ Smoked Meats and Sides to our Customers and their Families for affordable prices.We do this by Smoking Baby Back Pork Ribs, Smoked Whole and Half Chickens, Pulled Pork and Chicken Sandwiches, Smoked Tri-Tip and Brisket Sandwiches Daily. We create new dishes from our Smoked Meats; like Smoked Chicken Enchiladas, Tacos, and Burritos, and Homemade Soups, Steak and Chicken Wraps, and Cold Sandwiches. Our BBQ Sauces and Potato and Macaroni Salads, BBQ Beans, and Coleslaw Dressing are made from scratch. We use only fresh never frozen or microwaved foods in creating our amazing BBQ Smoked Meats and Dishes. We Guarantee it!
