Olson Cleaning Dynamics would like to let you know that we now offer valuable maintenance options to help maintain that long lasting shine on your floors. We now have 4 options to help your business look its best and we have lowered our prices!! 1. Traditional strip and wax (with the chemical stripper)2. Scrub and recoat (which is stripping it dry)3. Clean and recoat (which is mopping/floor scrubbing the floor and applying wax) 4. Burnishing. (2500 rpm high speed buffer to make your floor shine)For ideal floor care we would encourage a strip and wax annually or as needed followed by a burnishing once the ‘wet look’ has faded or begins to fade. The best way to maintain floor finish shine is high-speed burnishing. This process is done with our rotary machine that has a pad turning speed of more than 2000rpm. Burnishing floor finish is helpful for two reasons. First it makes floor finish shine but more important, it makes the floor easier to keep clean. This is because it smooths out the scratches in the floor, removing areas for dirt to settle. Once dirt gets in the scratches, it is difficult for regular cleaning to remove and with foot traffic will continue to further scratch the floor.Every business has differences in cleaning routines and foot traffic so there is no standard for it but regular maintenance is the best way to insure floor longevity.
