WebPictureFrames is the internet outlet for our family owned and operated business, Vistra Framing & Gallery. We began in the arts and crafts industry in the seventies, selling a combination of woodworking and stained glass products. Through an evolution of the business, we embraced custom picture framing 25 years ago.Throughout our evolutions we have always worked hard to produce the finest custom frames and readymade frames at the best possible prices. My wife, and co-owner, Diane is a professional artist working in oils and pastels. She is keenly aware of the financial challenges artists face and encouraged the creation of our artist's wholesale frame program.Artists can place their art in our quality wholesale readymade frames or create unique custom frames complete with custom mats. Using our visualization framing program you can see the design as it develops and try out different colors, frames, borders etc. to create the frame that best complements the art.
