Heather uses a combination of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Cranio-sacral and Myofascial Release to assist in treating acute and chronic pain syndromes. She also specializes in Pregnancy and Traditional Thai Massage. Her style of massage is tailored to each client's individual needs and gives focused attention to each client during their session. She feels that communication is the key during massage and encourages feedback from her clients throughout each session. Heather holds licensing in Oregon and has completed 800 hours of Massage Therapy training at East West College in Portland, Ore.
