I began www.talkingwithheroes.com 7 years ago just a few years after my then 18 year old daughter surprised this single parent dad by enlisting in the Army with her then boyfriend.. they later married and today they have two children with another one on the way for this proud grandpa:)I give our troops a forum to share their progress and positive stories in a non policital format. It has taken me across the country covering Veterans events, Military Support Groups events, Gold Star Families events and much more. It has also taken me to Iraq 5 times and to Afghanistan 3 times. I go on missions with them, do interviews with them and local people and more. Everybody can watch unedited footage on youtube and facebook and now on DVD's!
