With over 30% of our children and more than 60% of adults suffering from obesity, we acknowledge that our lifestyle choices have got to change. Change can only occur through higher quality information. That is what the Fit, Fun and Fabulous program provides.Information is powerful, but it is applied information that will affect the changes that are needed. Many of us also need someone to remind us, support us and coach us toward becoming the best 'us' we can be. That is where the coaching program fits in.
