Diet consults and personal training inclusive in one hour sessions.The training/consult session is $50/hour for one person or $75/hour for two people. ONLINE SPECIAL : Become a regular client (nutrition/training weekly session = meet once per week) and the online Complete Training System is included. This system includes a diet plan, recipes, grocery list, fitness program for days not training with Laura, and more. Four pre-paid training sessions required for access to the Complete Training System (regular price $25/month).Group Training --If your budget doesn't allow for the one-on-one training price, rally up a group of friends and bring the price per individual down. Group minimum size is 5 friends; maximum size is 10 friends. Cost: $12 per individual
