Creative Change Counseling Center and Creative Change Substance Recovery is a community based and state certified licensed mental health and substance abuse recovery agency providing services since 1997 and serve the King County community and specializes in meeting the needs of youth, adults, and their families. Our client population is racially, ethnically, and culturally diverse. Our programs include and is not limited to: Intensive outpatient and relapse prevention; psychiatric referral services, individual and group mental health counseling sessions, and case management. We also do drug/alcohol assessments, two-year deferred prosecution and 9-month outpatient substance program.
