Pallavi Donde has an MBA in Finance and Accounting from University of Rochester, NY. She has previously worked in Capital Modeling, Risk Management and in Financial Analysis in Fortune 50 companies in the Consumer Goods, Pharmaceuticals and the Insurance sector. She firmly believes that in the current world of complex analyses and data mining, it is becoming increasingly important to know the fundamentals well and to be able to communicate ones thoughts, ideas and analyses well.
In 2007, Pallavi decided to stay home and spend time with her three children currently aged 6-8 years old. She is now focused on helping children acquire the skills they need to become successful adults in the workplace and in life.
