Established in 2009.Efficient Movement was started by Marilyn (Hintz) Kaminski, MS, ATC, LAT, CSCS in Scottsdale, Arizona in 2009 with the purpose to share her passion to prevent another little girl from tearing her ACL while playing sports! It has been Marilyn and Efficient Movement's focus to educate parents, coaches, and athletes how to actively be involved in reducing the number of non-contact injuries in athletes. Efficient Movement has become an essential element for middle school, high school and club athletes in the Scottsdale area. Efficient Movement is utilized by these athletes as a one-stop shop for sports-related injury evaluations, injury care, injury prevention, and speed and strength training.
