Dr. Blake and Dr. Autumn Hardin have received a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology at Logan University and a Doctorate of Chiropractic at Logan College of Chiropractic. They have both passed all four parts of National Board Examinations as well as Physical Therapy by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners and are licensed in the state of TN.
