We offer two different programs to qualify for our lease to own properties. Please read the details of each program carefully. NO CREDIT CHECK We require colored copies of all social security cards and valid state issued identification cards or valid driver's licenses from all occupants 18 years and older. We do not run a credit check or ask for any financial information. We will run a national background check on ALL occupants 18 years and older screening for any convictions, sexual offences, violent crimes, etc., but only upon receiving a holding deposit on a property. We charge no application fee. Tenants are able to move in much faster, usually within 24 hours of clearing background and processing all necessary paperwork.
