Prior to founding Miller|Conway, Mr. Miller was an attorney with Cozen O'Connor. Mr. Miller handled cases on behalf of Lloyd's of London, Research In Motion, Adidas, Sikorsky Aircraft and AIG Marine ranging from $200 million data theft matters to IP disputes to contentious products liability suits. Mr. Miller also acted as a consultant on complex copyright/trademark, punitive damages and wrongful death matters. In addition to his civil practice, Mr. Miller's is proud of his immigration practice. He handles corporate & individual filings to removal cases. Mr. Miller has great success adjusting status and achieving legal residence status for his clients. When conditions become volatile and clients' are subject to removal from this country, Mr. Miller is there to fight as Rescue Counsel.
