Harbora Area Behvioral Health provides mental health therapy services to both adults and children and its underlying guiding philosophy is to uncover the strength and potentiality of an individual so that s/he can change his/her life from where it is to where they would like it to be. Short and long-term treatments are provided based on the needs of an individual on a wide range of areas such as the following: depression, anxiety, parenting skills, ADHD, stress management, addictions, anger management, work and marital difficulties, women's health, men's health, gay and lesbian issues, life transitions and adjustment issues.
