What we aim to do is offer reliable bookkeeping services without the costs associated with a CPA. We can work with cash basis, accrual basis or a modified basis. You don't need to know how to keep records we can do that and contact you if we have questions. Depending what you need done with you bookkeeping we can book expenses, such as deprecation and deferred gains on a monthly basis or annual basis. We will return phone calls or inquiries with 48 hours. We return all materials to the client, such as bank statements, and will give you a copy of the income statement, balance sheet and general ledger. We can also offer projects if you desire. If your an existing company all we will need is a prior year balance sheet and fixed asset schedule.
