Hello, my name is Robyn and i have been doing Home Based Billing for Mental Health providers for 14 years. I am also knowledged to do various types of providers and look forward to speaking with you. Home Based Billing is a self disciplined job and I am not only self disciplined,but dedicated and come with great references. My contracted providers send to me, their/my billing information via Email, Fax or US Mail. I keep a complete file on every patient beginning with the "completed" patient information sheet, insurance card, verificaion of benefits, precertficaiton, correspondence, patients EOB's, self payments, etc . Claims are submitted electronically, patient statements go out once a month, denied, non paid, slow paying and non paid patient balances are followed up on continuously.
