Developer/Management of Accessible housing
Business was started in 1998 to address the growing need for truly accessible housing for the disabled population. HOME, Inc has built and renovated a total of 40 units, including five single-family homes in the city of Fredericksburg and county of Stafford. All but six of of these properties/units meet and/or exceed ADA minimum standards for accessibility. HOME, Inc, also owns two duplexes on Leavells Rd. in Spotsylvania County, along with two commercial buildings in the city of Fredericksburg. As the growing need for accessible housing continues, HOME, Inc will pursue available real estate for future complexes and single-family homes.
