I design remodels and customs homes. I draw plans required for a building permit. I have a degree in Environmental Design / Architecture.
I visit your site, or home, and develop a personal design solution for your project. After the design is approved, I develop all required construction drawings for your project. I run my own energy calcs and have specialized in "green" design since 1995! My other specialties include ADA accessibility and granny flats, or in-law suites. I had the pleasure of designing the restaurant, Sequoia, in Placerville, CA, in addition to many custom homes in Granite Bay, Rocklin and thoughout El Dorado County.
