Primarily for Condominium Associations, Home Owners Associations and Apartment Owners. We offer high limit follow form umbrellas for the habitational marketplace with limits available from $5,000,000 to $50,000,000 as program administrators for XL Insurance Group. We also offer Environmental Impairment Liability Policies with limits of $250,000; $500,000 and $1,000,000 with XL. We currently offer low limit follow form umbrellas from 1-5 million with Chubb Group of Companies. We have an equipment breakdown program for: Habitational Accounts, Restaurants and Hotels/Motels as well.
