We have all had that setback in our life when we put ourselves out there because we thought we were ready for the next big challenge. Promotion? More responsibility? More Money? More Recognition? and then comes the disappointment. You are not ready! You need to "Grow." But I don't know how to G.R.O.W. I'm 5'6 = I am done growing. Then you wake up and you see it! You understand it! It's within your grasp! You see all the challenges that have afforded you the opportunity to where you are and most importantly you see the growth gap that have prevented you from getting where you should be. This was me. I played the whoa it's me for a few months and continued to work with life coaches who guided me over the past few years in growing myself. The question asked: "What is it that you love and you are so passionate about? My answer: To see people succeed learn and grow. The response was pretty simple: Well it's impossible to grow others and have them be successful without growing yourself! Here's a challenge -- I'll continue to grow and guide you - as you grow and guide others. Let's make it a mission to make your setback stepping stones that will propel you and cast you in a light that not even you knew was possible. Tony - It's time to let go and "G.R.O.W" - Looking at my two life coaches I extended my hand and said I accept. I accept I have to do the work; it has to be meaningful and it has to be intentional! We have a few words of wisdom: "Don't worry who is in front of you and how long they have been there. You watch them; you study them; you learn from them while you continue to sharpen your skills.
