First Order of Business, LLC has more than 20 years of experience in customized personal and instructor-led training. During this time we have researched various businesses and skilled professionals -- commercial and residential construction companies, production manufacturing plants, hair salons, auto insurance firms, musicians, teachers and physicians. We have studied their specific challenges, and discovered that, while each is different, each has the same need. To become successful, they must know how to organize and pay close attention to details. Our mission is to teach them how to be the best at what they do. To "work smarter not harder"sm within their unique industry or profession. We do this through training courses such as the "Work Smarter Not Harder!"sm series. We have strategically designed these classes to combine leadership, organization and analyst consulting expertise that will empower staff and individuals to work with a new sequential order. We also create business makeovers with our Quick Reference Guides. These are notebooks of data customized for individual departments or employees that provide quick and easy access to information.
