The POUND is also the official Brazilian Top Team Cape Cod school. The programs we offer are Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, Kenpo Karate, Boxing, Muay Thai Kickboxing and Mixed Martial Arts. We have classes for adults and kids. We are located in Wareham, MA. We are close to Buzzards Bay, Bourne, Plymouth, Rochester, Marion, right on Cranberry Hwy, Rt 28 behind Hot Bodeez tanning. Our head instructor and co-owner Pat Matthews is a 5th degree Black Belt who has owned successful Martial Arts gyms for over 16 years. Our head Jiujitsu coach is Joao Amaral, 3rd Degree Black Belt and Head of BTT - USA. Our head boxing coach is Jason Pires, Professional Boxer and Golden Glove Winner. Our Classes are instructional, fun and affordable. We offer professional training in a family friendly atmosphere
