The school teaches Tai-chi, including forms, chi-gung, push hands and self defense. We also provide a form of massage based on Tai-chi principles.
In addition to teaching Tai-chi classes, we have produced over 60 instructional DVD's on fitness, senior fitness and martial arts under the "Artistic Video "label and also have published two books on Tai-chi ("Movements of Magic" and "Movements of Power" and the adventure novel "The Doubting Snake".
