The background of RA Consulting and President Rod Shreckengost illustrate the grass roots approach to managing the construction process coupled with top-notch administration every aspect of the project.The Background Story:President of RA Consulting, Rod Shreckengost, learned construction literally from the ground up. Working with his father, he built churches in Southern Oregon, constructing the buildings from the foundation to the roof and doing all the work in between. Rod came to California as a carpenter for a commercial construction company in 1987. He worked on projects ranging from military bases to room additions, and a few short years later became the company’s General Superintendent , then a partner and Vice President of Field Operations.In 2009, Rod founded his consulting business and made his construction knowledge and experience available as a consultant. From his hands-on background Rod learned what it takes to get the job done and he employs a "personal care" philosophy in every aspect of his business.
